Hygiene Measures

Dear Community,

The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers remains our top priority.

We continue to be focused on creating safe and well-managed precincts to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

We will maintain our health and hygiene measures through:

– In-store social distancing markers

– Trained Covid Marshals

– A dedicated hygiene team

– Protective checkout screens

– Complimentary hand sanitiser, trolley wipes and gloves

In addition, we have now redeployed hospitality staff to our Hygiene Team, Online Team, and Shop Assist where members in red shirts can be seen assisting customers in many ways such as packing at our checkouts, social distancing support, and also providing help in general ways to enhance shopping experience during these next few days and weeks.

Finally we ask everyone in the community to comply with the covid-safe measures in place and to please respect our frontline staff who are working through  difficult circumstances.
