Can I book a tour for any day?
The Tour option (without the Chef’s Table) runs one Wednesday each month at 10.00am.
The Tour + Chef’s table runs one Saturday each month from 11.00am.
Please check the calendar on the Tour bookings page for specific dates.
We may be able to facilitate groups with a minimum of four participants outside of the set tour dates. Please email events@adelaidesfinest.com.au with an enquiry.
How many people can I book for?
You can book for just yourself, or a maximum of ten people per tour. The tours booking page indicates how many places are remaining for each tour.
In the event we do not have sufficient participants (our minimum is four), AFS reserves the right to cancel a tour up to 24 hours from the tour date with an option to transfer the booking to another date or offer a refund.
Can I book an exclusive group experience for a time of our choosing?
Private group tours and bespoke packages can be tailored to suit your requirements any day of the week, subject to a minimum of 8 people with payment in full at least 1 week prior to tour date. Please contact events@adelaidesfinest.com.au
How long is the tour?
The tour component is approximately 100 minutes. Please arrive at our meeting place with time to start the tour at 11.00am. Allow an additional 90 minutes for the Chef’s Table option to fully immerse yourself in this this food and wine experience.
Where do we go?
Pasadena Foodland, Fiveash Drive, Pasadena. Meet at the Flowerbar café at the shopping centre store entrance.
What is the cost
$89 per person – tour only – fully-guided tour with ample tastings and take-away goodie bag of local produce, samples and special offers, valued at more than $50. Under 18s can join the tour for $59.
$149 per person – tour and chef’s table – includes a fully-guided tour with tastings and a specially-curated lunch with matched wines. Includes gift bag valued at more than $50. U18s are $119 per person.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are confirmed after full payment is received. A full refund is offered subject to cancellation 48 hours prior to tour date. All cancellations 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee. Any cancellations/no shows on the day of the tour will forfeit their payment.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. Bookings are transferable.
Should Adelaide’s finest supermarkets need to cancel your booking, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Access
You will receive confirmation at time of booking with an access map and contact details for your tour guide for all communication leading up to the event.
Pasadena Foodland has ample undercover parking and is wheelchair accessible. Parking is for a minimum of three hours but tour participants who receive an infringement notice on the day will have this reimbursed.
