An apple a day…..our Frewville and Pasadena stores are bursting with a colorful array of seasonal, crisp, juicy, apples. From Kanzi to Fuji, Jazz, Missile, Bravo, Granny Smith or Pink Lady, we’ve got Aussie apples for everyone!

Our fresh produce teams work hard to keep our displays looking great and our apple range is no exception.  Leigh and Brad from Pasadena are pictured making sure the apples are all at their freshest and best.

Spring is here and apples can take centre stage in a simple , healthy salad which is ideal for lunchboxes or as a weeknight side dish.

Start by slicing your choice of apples into thin wedges or cubes.  Add mixed greens (lettuce, spinach or rocket) to a bowl with thinly-sliced red onion and some lightly-toasted walnuts. Crumble feta cheese on top for a creamy touch.

Drizzle fresh lemon juice and a bit of olive oil over the salad. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
