Mr Nick’s Signature Range of Olive Oil

Spring is now here and with the warmer weather, sunshine and blue skies, outdoor entertaining is back.

To help you with spring/summer entertaining, we have just launched Mr Nick’s Kalamata and Koroneiki Signature Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is 100% South Australian and can be paired simply with dukkah, fresh crusty Mr Nick’s sourdough, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and a Greek salad. They are both medium well balanced oils that can be used liberally in light cooking, dips, dressings and marinades.

Kalamata flavour profile : 100% South Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, First Cold Pressed – “luscious, fruity & rich”

Rich ripe olive nose, with red berry fruits and almond blossom followed by a fruity palate of tropical fruits, avocado and a passionate green chilli finish.

Koroneiki flavour profile : 100% South Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, First Cold Pressed – “elegant, floral & well balanced”

Fresh tropical fruit and raspberry notes with a complex palate of orange blossom, quince and cardamon and a warm lingering heat.
