Adelaide’s Finest Degustation Dinner
Premium South Australian beef will take centre stage in a luxurious five-course dinner paired with top-flight wines from First Drop based in the Barossa Valley.
From estate to plate, guests will enjoy the versatility and flavour of prime beef from Princess Royal Station, an award-winning, family-owned and operated business in SA’s Mid North with a reputation for its quality and consistency.
This multi-course menu, created by the chefs at Mr Nick’s Pasadena, will showcase various cuts of beef cooked with seasonal ingredients and fresh, local produce all sourced instore at Pasadena Foodland.
Each dish will be accompanied by a thoughtfully-matched South Australian wine from the First Drop portfolio.
