Croissants are the focus and feature class at this year’s Royal Adelaide Show in the Professional Baking competitions, and Adelaide’s Finest Head Pâtissier Huy and the team submitted entries in several categories. Competitions are judged by industry professionals against specific criteria, and our team’s croissant was crowned the winner AND given the official title of “Australia’s Best Croissant”!

This accolade was a validation of the work, passion and attention to detail demonstrated daily by our patisserie team. Often starting at 3am to have pastries ready for breakfast, they work relentlessly in the pursuit of perfection.
