For the uninitiated, dulce de leche (pronounced dool-seh deh leh-cheh) is a Latin American thick, creamy, caramel-like spread or confectionery.

Doulsi Dulce de Leche is an artisan product made right here in Adelaide by the Biroccesi family who hail from Argentina. Fernando and Norma Biroccesi and their son Franco make Doulsi in the Adelaide Hills using a traditional recipe handed down through generations.

It is made from 100% SA milk with no preservatives and is gluten free. Spread it on toast, serve with pancakes or use in pastries, cheesecakes and cookies!
