We’re very proud and excited to announce that we’ve been selected as the successful developer for the former Le Cornu site on Anzac Highway at Forestville!

We joined at the Forestville site on Friday 17th June to celebrate this news with Minister for Housing and Urban Development Nick Champion and our consortium partners national property developer Peet Limited and local developer Buildtec.

This master-planned project will incorporate a bustling, piazza-style Market Square at its heart, several eateries, Urban Green School and rooftop Urban Farm and residential living.

Market Square will feature a high-quality supermarket which builds on everything we’ve created at our much-loved Adelaide’s finest supermarkets’, Pasadena and Frewville Foodland stores.
