Meet Adelaide’s Finest Seafood Manager, Gus, who brings a significant seafood retail experience to his role at Pasadena, having previously worked for Samtass Bros Seafoods in the Adelaide Central Market for 16 years.

Despite being surrounded by seafood all day, his passion for preparing, cooking and eating it remains undiminished. 

This Friday, March 31, Gus is taking his love for seafood to the next level by oyster shucking at Pasadena’s Oceanicbar from 12pm-1pm. Customers can also enjoy $2 South Australian oysters as they witness the talented Gus in action.
