The iconic Aussie fish is easy to cook and can be pan fried, baked, steamed, battered or grilled. It has a buttery, velvety, delicate flavour and a firm texture.
There is a commercial fishing ban on wild Murray cod so Aquna (based in the Riverina, NSW) has responded by developing this farmed ingredient which ticks all the sustainability boxes while delivering an easy-to-cook, delicious fish.
