Passata Workshop

Jonathan Parini, Organics Coordinator at Frewville Foodland, will show our community how to whip up nonna-worthy tomato sauce using our fresh market produce.

This small-group workshop, to be held in Mr Nick’s Frewville, is a family-friendly event to show participants how to prepare a perfect passata from scratch. It will be held on Saturday, February 18, from 11am-1pm.
