Oysters, the best from SA, are freshly shucked and served in their natural glory with Riverland lemon and pepper or a classic mignonette sauce. Or you can go on a flavour journey with Orlando’s unique creations!
Half-shell grilled Hervey Bay scallops ( pictured) are also taken to a whole new level at the Oceanicbar with crispy panko crumbs infused with Parmigiana Reggiano and topped with lemon zest and bottarga, which is a delicacy of salted, cured fish roe.
