In a supermarket first, we are proud to host a sold out, zero-waste dining event “With Purpose”, at both Frewville & Pasadena Foodland in partnership with Tasting Australia.
Executive Chef Virginia Gordon and former MasterChef Australia contestant Mandy Hall, a proud South Australian foodie, will be presenting an extraordinary zero-waste tasting menu for guests, paired with local wines from Unico Zelo.
There’s something so satisfying about using the entire ingredient, as a cook you need to think so carefully with great respect and passion. Nothing is better than to see it all used and consumed, it is the ultimate end goal. In kitchens where taste reigns supreme, the added accomplishment of achieving zero waste and ultimate flavour with outstanding presentation, it’s nothing short of divine.
