The Next Exciting Phase Of Forestville: The Demonstration Space, Now Open!

Last Friday, we celebrated a significant moment in the evolution of the once-in-a-generation Forestville development on Anzac Highway with the opening of Forestville’s “Demonstration Space” at 58 Maple Avenue! 

The Forestville Demonstration Space is an evolving destination where the community can experience a taste of future life at Forestville. It features a pop-up Adelaide’s Finest supermarket, POMPOM (run by the team behind Sofia, Part Time Lover, and Whistle & Flute), a Mache Co working space, Youth Inc School horticultural activations and a lively events area.

The Demonstration Space will be our home as we bring Forestville to life, focusing on its key lifestyle elements. This lifestyle will revolve around The Agora, a market square where beautiful markets, restaurants, cafes, wine bars and specialty retailers are harmoniously intertwined.

We’ll be working together with our education partner Youth Inc to deliver an Urban Green School on a rooftop farm, where students will learn about sustainable food production. This school will be part of a broader education precinct, adding another unique dimension to Forestville.

And together with our project partners Peet, Forestville will not be just a place to visit but to live forever, with both short-stay accommodations and permanent residences also available.
