Wood-fired cooking is so hot right now and our wood oven chef Beau is embracing the ancient technique at Pasadena Foodland.
Beau is pictured here with Zhila who originally hails from Iran and has been on a work placement at Pasadena Foodland while studying cookery at Regency TAFE. Zhila says she learnt a lot from Beau who enjoys cooking a variety of breads, meats and vegetables in our Four Grand-Mere wood-fired oven for all our dining hubs.
