
Ingredients
- 200g Adelaide Hills double brie (Udder Delights)
- 1 Med free range egg
- 120ml Thickened cream
- 1 Packet Confiletas Pastry Cases – Natural Rustic Tartlet (6)
- 5g Nutmeg ground
- 280g Beerenberg caramelized onion (Optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C
- Trim off the rind from the brie and cut to small fine pieces.
- Place brie in a blender adding the egg and blend on a medium speed
- Once egg is mixed well add the thickened cream and keep blending gently until you reach a smooth paste like consistency.
- Fill each tartlet shell with the cheese mixture and bake in the oven for 10 mins or until golden.
- When cool sprinkle with a small amount of nutmeg on top of each tartlet and serve with a small dollop of the Beerenberg caramelised onion.
