Mr Nick’s Sourdough – 1st Place

White Block Loaf 650g – 2nd Place

Vanilla Slice – Commendation
Strawberry Rhubarb Bowtie – 1st Place.
Our Head Baker Peter and his team work relentlessly in the pursuit of perfection and the awards celebrate their commitment to continually improving the quality of our bread every day. Our sourdough range has become an absolute favourite of our customers, and the awards further validate the work of Peter and his team.
Our patisserie teams also won prizes for beautiful submissions including a Raspberry Chocolate Tart, Chocolate & Citrus Entremet and a Coffee Chocolate Éclair – all of which will soon be available.
To celebrate the anointment as The Royal Adelaide Show’s Best Croissant and the massive accolade of Champion Product Of The Show, our Head Pâtissier Tharindu will demonstrate the intricate process of producing a croissant of this quality on Thursday September 18 at 4.00pm at Pasadena.
