Enjoy chef-made cocktail bites, including Carême’s spelt wholemeal butter puff topped with locally grown zucchini, Udder Delights chèvre, Oh Honey and pistachios from our Spicebar or Carême’s classic (and renowned) all-butter puff vol-au-vents filled with prawns. All perfectly paired with a refreshing sample of zero-alcohol gins crafted by Artisan Distillers in the Mount Lofty Ranges.
