By Mandy Hall, Masterchef 2019

Frozen Grapes
Freeze with or without stems fresh green or red grapes.
Use as required. Can be eaten frozen.

Frozen Dips
Freeze dips of choice in an ice-cube tray. Place frozen cube in a small container with a lid and place in lunchbox.
Will stay cold until ready to eat.

Fresh Cut Up Fruit And Veggies
Choose your own fresh fruit and veggies or find in-store our AFS ready to take home fruit and veggie packs. Slice further when you get home to suit lunchbox containers.
