
Mitchell’s Grilled T-bone With Za’atar

Ingredients:
- 4 T-Bone steaks (1kg family pack)
- 40g Spice & Co Za’atar Spicebar
- 30ml Mr Nick’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Always bring your steak to room temperature. Ensuring that the steak is the same temperature throughout helps it to cook evenly.
- Season your T-bone steak with sea salt, ground black pepper, za’atar and a drizzle of olive oil oil.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or fry pan until it is smoking hot.
- Add steak to pan and cook for 3 mins
- Once the steak starts to get a crust, flip it over and cook a further 3 mins
- Rest for 5 mins and slice to serve
