
Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Mr Nick’s Sticky 5 Spice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of chives
- Pinch of chilli flakes
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C, then clean your chicken wings.
- Place the wings in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the spices and baking powder, and mix until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the wings evenly on the tray. Cook the wings for 50 minutes until crispy.
- In the meantime, prepare your dipping sauce. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and set aside.
- Once the chicken is ready, garnish with chives and serve with the dipping sauce.
