Our Pâtisserie at Pasadena is the only one of its kind inside a supermarket in Australia. Built in a previously disused trolley bay, our team of trained pâtissiers can be seen working on an array of incredible creations inside this purpose built kitchen every day.
Although the team are currently focused on developing some very special entries for the Royal Adelaide Show, they have taken the time to produce a number of individual Italian Lemon Meringue Tarts for customers as a taste of our Large Italian Lemon Meringue Tart which can be ordered here for just $50.
Produced completely from scratch in our Pâtisserie, this tart features a lemon curd filling in a 22.5cmround sweet short crust pastry topped with a fluffy, lightly torched Italian meringue.
