Temporary Move to Contactless Delivery For Online Orders
Dear customers,
Under normal circumstances many of our online delivery drivers go above and beyond the usual level of service to help our customers. This includes taking orders into homes and unpacking where requested to do so. Due to the extreme circumstances facing South Australia we feel it is safest for both customers and drivers to move to full contactless delivery during this lockdown period.
Our drivers will still knock on the door to ensure you know your delivery has arrived, and will then step back in accordance with distancing guidelines.
IF you are usually reliant on the extra level of in-home assistance we provide, please specify at the time of placing your order how we can best assist to pack or deliver your order whilst still adhering to the new contactless delivery protocols. We are reviewing the situation daily and will update you with any changes as soon as we are able to do so
Please also be aware we are currently unable to accept new registrations for online orders but are working on increasing capacity and will provide updates as soon as delivery spots become available.
