No Bake Biscoff Slice
Ingredients

- 90g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
- 250g icing sugar
- 120g melted butter
- 240g smooth Biscoff spread
- 200g white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of melted Biscoff spread for drizzling
Method
Crush the biscuits into crumbs and place them in a bowl. Sift the icing sugar into the bowl. Then, melt the butter and add it to the bowl. Mix in the Biscoff spread until well combined.
Line a baking tray, press the mixture into it to form a flat layer covering the tray.
Melt the white chocolate, pour it over the Biscoff layer. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted Biscoff over the white chocolate and decorate with remaining biscuits.
Allow it to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
