Ingredients

– 15 chicken wings

– 2 tbsp Mr Nick’s Sticky 5 Spice

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tbsp baking powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

Dipping Sauce:

– 1/4 cup light soy sauce

– 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

– 2 teaspoons sesame oil

– Pinch of sugar

– Pinch of chives

– Pinch of chilli flakes

Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C, then clean your chicken wings.

Place the wings in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Add the spices and baking powder, and mix until well combined.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the wings evenly on the tray. Cook the wings for 50 minutes until crispy.

In the meantime, prepare your dipping sauce. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a small bowl and set aside.

Once the chicken is ready, garnish with chives and serve with the dipping sauce.
