We continually experiment and innovate in order to raise our standards. Our supermarkets are world-class with a hospitality service ethos and real foodie culture. Our chefs work in our butcher sections to support our customers’ needs by making recommendations of finest and latest recipes.
Our servery section offers a wide range of meats including grass fed and organic, premium restaurant quality cuts, meal-ready meats, Asian cuisine poultry and in-store handmade sausages. We continue to source and develop products as example we have introduced Mr Nick's signature selection of Greek-style souvlakia and keftedes.
Building relationships with our farmers means everything to us and it is important to us that we invariably strive to make it a pleasurable and positive relationship. Our team continually cook and taste our products to monitor the taste, texture and eating experience of the meat products we offer so we work very close with our local farmers and suppliers of beef, lamb, pork and poultry to be able to commit to and select the very best there is.
